At SOUQBARQ, customer satisfaction is very important to us. As an ecommerce store, some items are shipped directly from our suppliers and logistics partners. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and replacements are handled for purchases made on SOUQBARQ.com.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns

Due to the nature of dropshipping and international fulfillment, we accept returns only under certain conditions.

You may request a return if:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is significantly different from the description

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.

To process a return, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos or videos of the issue

  • A clear description of the problem

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.


3. Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Product arrived damaged

  • Product is defective

  • Item received is incorrect

  • Order was cancelled before shipment

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, we may offer a free replacement if:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Items used or damaged by the customer

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products requested for return after the return window

  • Certain hygiene-related or personal-use items


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

7. Shipping Costs

If a return is approved, the responsibility for return shipping may depend on the situation.

If the item is:
