SOUQBARQ operates as an ecommerce store, meaning some products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners to your location.


1. Order Processing Time

After placing an order on SOUQBARQ.com, your order will go through a processing stage before shipment.

1–3 business days

During this time we:

  • Prepare the order with our supplier

  • Arrange shipping with our logistics partners

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and may not be processed during public holidays.

Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman:
5 – 12 business days

  • the package may be returned
